Founded in 1905, Purity Flour became the largest flour milling company in Canada. In 1932 the company published the Purity Cook Book featuring a variety of recipes using Purity products as well as hundreds of other complimentary recipes for all meals of the day. In 1937 the cookbook was revised to include more modern cooking techniques. Again in 1945 the cookbook was revised, this time to reflect more simple, economic fare appropriate for war-time cooking.

This scarce 1937 edition is in very good vintage condition and is full of beautiful retro graphics, illustrations and photographs. No dust jacket. Some wear visible on corners of cover.
