This cookbook, published in 1981, contains the New York City restaurant's history written by its owner, Faith Stewart-Gordon. Original Tea Room recipes were re-written for individual use by noted cookbook author Nika Hazelton.

This first edition is is in very good condition, with clean, intact pages and tight binding. The colorful dust cover is also in very good condition.
